Refund policy

Return Window

We offer a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unopened and unused
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products (including skincare items) are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, you may submit a return request through your account on our website or contact us directly at service@ihealthyderm.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs when applicable.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 10 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at service@ihealthyderm.com.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate the package, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for confirmed deliveries.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Opening a payment dispute without contacting us may delay resolution, as shipment confirmation, delivery records, and order verification may be provided to the payment provider during review.
